MIXED VEGETABLE SAUCE 

 Want to take a break from the regular boiled rice with fried stew or tomato sauce???? Well, this is just for you. Less stress for such epic deliciousness. Here’s how to make the Mixed Vegetables Sauce…….. 

INGREDIENTS

You could add more vegetables if you want to.

• carrot
• onion
• mushrooms
• Green bell pepper
• Red bell Pepper
• Corn flour
• chicken
• Maggi
• Salt
• Thyme
• curry

 

STEPS TO MAKE MIXED VEGETABLES SAUCE

STEP 1: Wash and put the pieces of chicken in a pot. Add in Maggi, salt, thyme and sliced onions.

STEP 2: Add water to the level of the chicken. Allow to cook for about 20 minutes.

STEP 3: separately mix the corn flour with water in a bowl. (Not too thick and not too watery)

STEP 4: once the chicken is cooked, Remove from the stock and set aside.

STEP 5: wash your vegetables (carrots, green pepper, red bell pepper, onions) and dice them.

STEP 6: Add the diced carrots, curry and mushroom into the stock and allow to cook for about 10          minutes.

STEP 7: add the chopped pepper, onion, and allow to cook for about 5 minutes.

STEP 8: then, add the corn flour mixed with water. And the chicken.

STEP 9: Stir and allow to simmer for 2 more minutes.

STEP 10: Ready!!!!!!!!! And could be served with white rice, spaghetti

THE 2015 AFRICAN ENTERTAINMENT LEGEND AWARDS IS HERE !

 The African Entertainment Legend Awards AELA is designed to recognize and celebrate personalities and entertainers that  standout distinctively and remain consistent in their various fields of entertainment. AELA is also geared towards projecting excellence and give support to young emerging and creative talents in Africa and Diaspora. 

African Entertainment Legend Awards is thus conceptualized as the brainchild of Flexy Entertainment. As we have carefully chosen Lagos Nigeria as host for the maiden edition with the theme "The Genesis" It is an annual celebration of the most distinguished African acts, in Music, Film production, Cinemas, Brands, Personalities, Broadcasting, Comedy, Fashion, Media, Movie, Modeling and Magazines. It is all about blitz, style, glitz, razzmatazz and celebrating legends and true excellence in creative arts across Africa.

This is undoubtedly the first legendary award of it kind with 41 award categories, over 200 nominations and 54 participating African countries coming together on one stage. Government personalities, Organisations and Brands are not left out as they will all meet under one umbrella to be celebrated for their enormous contribution to mankind and the development of entertainment in Africa. 

This years edition will feature a fashion show showcasing African designs at the AEL Awards. It's tagged AFRICAN FASHION EXPRESSION. (AFE)

Fashion designers, Sketchers, makeup artist, Fashion accessories makers, Beauty product experts, exhibitors and models who are interested in participating are welcome.
