In a bid to inspire, empower and equip a new cadre of African Leaders thereby providing them with skills and tools for personal, organisational and community transformation, LEAP AFRICA graduates 20 fellows and induct another 20 into the Social Innovators Programme on 12th November,2015 at the City Parks Abuja, Nigeria.

JUMAH SAEED: Is poised to reduce the incidence of dental disease and improve general access to standard dental care in the country and provides free educational dental books in rural communities.


OMOTAYO OLUFEMI : He leverages on new media to help start-ups with essential information needed for development through online platforms and workshops.


KELVIN OMOTAYO : He co-founded UNIFIRE in 2012 and has focused his efforts on helping farmers in Nigeria and Sub-saharan Africa earn more income by providing them with low-cost innovative feeds (these are 50-50 less than existing feeds).

Comrade Alao addressing Nigerian youths at the recent Leadership Training held by the Students'Union, University of Ilorin at the University auditorium on Tuesday, 10th November, 2015. The Student union leader urge Nigerian Youth to help in redefining Student Leadership as it is obvious that so much hope lies on African Youths. He further explains that the world has projected that African Youth will make-up one-quarter of the world's population by 2025 and half of the world's youth population in 2040.

WHY I DIDN'T FEATURE DON JAZZY ON MY RECENT ALBUM- WANDE COAL

Nigerian singer Wande Ojosipe best known as Wande Coal, who has just completed his album which is due for release in couple of days, has explained to news men the reasons why he does not have members of his defunct Mo’hit crew including Don Jazzy on the album.

According to Wande Coal, he stated that he is in good terms with his ex-crew members as they are still his brothers but as family they need to argue over some things just to prove a point.


He pointed that for sometime he has worked with them and needed to give other people the chance to come on board as there are lots of people he is yet to work with like 2face. “For all the hard works I just felt I have worked with them I wanted to give other people chances. I have not worked with Tuface.”

The singer noted that he hopes “In the future hopefully we will do something by the grace of God.”
